Abstract | This invention introduces an Automatic Washroom Flusher, which integrates a solenoid valve, sensor module, 5V power supply, circuit board, and LDR sensor module to create a touch-less and efficient flushing mechanism. The system is designed to automatically detect user presence and activate the flush without requiring manual intervention. The sensor module detects movement or user departure and signals the microcontroller, which then triggers the solenoid valve to release water for flushing. The system operates on a low-power 5V supply, making it energy-efficient and suitable for both residential and commercial washrooms. The LDR sensor module enhances functionality by adjusting operation based on ambient lighting conditions, further optimizing performance. This smart flushing system helps in water conservation, prevents excessive flushing, and enhances hygiene by reducing contact with surfaces. Its compact and modular design allows easy installation in existing washrooms, making it highly adaptable for both public and private restrooms. |
