Abstract The demand of products with high durability, high strength and light weight increases as the market is consumer driven and as the competition increases, the qualities and properties of products demanded are very high, which is highly dependent on advancement of research in material of a product. Many researches have been carried out by different institutions in the field of composite materials, specifically Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic and still are going on. When we as a part of our project research, reached out several composite manufacturing and production houses, we interpreted the pattern that the manufacturers rely a lot on the qualitative data for manufacturing of a composite while the quantitative techniques are far more as been proven by several other field and also increase productivity by many folds. So we are making a decision making model backed by scientific data which will help manufacture maximize the usage of their resources at reduced cost then present level by studying the impact of manufacturing process on the material, and hence establishing a relation between a variable and tensile strength.
