| Abstract | Cement being the most important material in the concrete causes the environmental pollution in its production. Production of 1 ton of cement produces 1 ton of CO2 responsible for air pollution. To overcome this problem use of various by-products in replacement of cement should be done. Since geo-polymer concrete is a best alternative because it uses fly ash, Red mud, Silica fumes, Rice-husk ash and/or GGBFS instead of cement. |
