    Yoga helps us connect our body with nature. Yoga is all about creating a balance in our life. Yoga is the journey of self, to the self & through the self. The NSS VGEC organized a Yoga and Diet Awareness Session under “AAZADI KA AMRUT MOHATSAV”. Through the session, the participants were encouraged to perform yoga on daily basis and learn its usefulness.
