The primary objective of the session was to provide students with practical exposure to the paints and coatings sector, industry practices, career opportunities, technical specifications and key account management. The session aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industrial requirements through direct interaction with an experienced industry professional, enabling students to understand the diverse career pathways, skills and competencies required for Chemical Engineers in the paints and coatings industry.
