An Alumni Session titled “Cracking the GET Opportunity: A Journey to IFFCO” was organized by the Department of Chemical Engineering, VGEC Chandkheda, featuring an accomplished alumnus who shared valuable insights into the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) selection process and career journey at IFFCO. The primary objective of the session was to provide students with practical guidance on preparing for GET opportunities, understanding the recruitment process, and developing the technical and professional skills required for a successful career in the fertilizer industry. The session aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations through direct interaction with an alumnus, enabling students to gain firsthand insights into career preparation, selection strategies, workplace expectations, and opportunities at IFFCO.
