On 21 August 2026, the Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of Vishwakarma Government Engineering College (VGEC), Chandkheda organized “Entrepreneurship Day 2026: From Problem to Pitch – Campus Startup Challenge” from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at B103. The activity provided a platform for student teams to present startup-oriented ideas by identifying a relevant problem, proposing a solution, and communicating its value through a structured pitch.
The participating teams presented their ideas before an evaluation panel comprising Prof. Dipak Variya, Prof. Kalpesh Chaudhary, and Prof. Ujjwala. The evaluators interacted with the teams and provided constructive feedback on the clarity, innovation, feasibility, and overall strength of the proposed ideas. The activity encouraged students to connect classroom learning with practical entrepreneurial thinking.
The challenge helped students develop an understanding of the early stages of the startup journey, from problem identification and solution development to pitching and idea validation. It also strengthened students’ presentation, persuasion, teamwork, and communication skills while exposing them to different problem domains and solution approaches.
