Automotive Systems One week Training at iACE Gandhinagar

The Mechanical Department of VGEC successfully organized a specialized training program in collaboration with RUSA, providing students with hands-on exposure, practical learning, and industry-relevant skills to enhance their technical knowledge and professional readiness.

The International Automobile Centre of Excellence (iACE), located near Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar, is a premier institute for skill development and automotive training. Established jointly by the Government of Gujarat and Maruti Suzuki India Limited, iACE is dedicated to developing industry-ready professionals through state-of-the-art infrastructure and hands-on learning.

The one-week Automotive Systems vocational course at iACE offered an incredible opportunity for industrial training in the automotive field. Twenty students from VGEC’s Mechanical Department participated in this program, guided by expert trainer Mohit Chudasama, who shared his extensive knowledge and practical expertise throughout the training.

During the training, we developed a solid understanding of key automobile fundamentals, including engine operation, braking systems, car air conditioning, and fault diagnosis. The program blended theoretical lessons with hands-on practical sessions, enabling us to build essential technical skills. It also provided valuable insights into the automotive industry and its professional environment..
