IEEE VGEC Student Branch organized an orientation to introduce students to IEEE, its significance and benefits of joining. In VGEC, IEEE Student Branch organizes tech and cultural events, workshops, provides networking and skill development oppurtunities. The orientation helped students understand IEEE’s goals and benefits, encouraging them to join a vibrant and active community. Students from 1st semester constituted the majority of participants. The event began by an encouraging note by our faculty coordinator Dr. H.D. Mehta followed by IEEE committee leads, members and executives explaining their roles and experiences while working in a team.

• An online MCQs quiz was organized on Google Forms from which the student who scores the most in least time will be provided a free IEEE Membership worth USD 14.
• 11 IEEE Members were felicitated with certificates for their dedication and active work towards the club.
• The event concluded successfully by review of students who attended the orientation.
