An Alumni Session on Preparation for On-Off Campus Placement, CBT and Interview

The Chemical Engineering Department organized a preparatory session on placement readiness for Semester 5 and Semester 7 students. The session was conducted by Ms. Nikita Makwana and Mr. Kalash Shah, focusing on key aspects of placement selection processes including aptitude tests, interviews, and real-world preparation strategies.

The objective of the session was to provide students with essential skills and confidence to perform effectively in both on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.

The experts shared valuable insights on mastering aptitude tests with practical tips, tricks, and practice strategies. They highlighted the importance of body language, handling common interview questions, and standing out during personal interviews. Further, emphasis was given to resume building, group discussions, and understanding real-world expectations from employers.
