The session, titled "Cracking Campus Placement: An Alumni Perspective", was designed to equip students with practical insights and real-world strategies for succeeding in campus placements. Delivered by a Chemical Engineering alumnus currently placed at Reliance Industries, the session bridged the gap between academic preparation and industry expectations through a firsthand account of the placement journey. The alumnus shared valuable tips on resume building, aptitude test strategies, interview preparation, and handling group discussions, while also reflecting on the challenges and learnings from his own recruitment experience. Through interactive dialogue and personal anecdotes, students gained the tools, confidence, and motivation needed to approach campus placements effectively. The session aimed to inspire and guide future graduates in taking informed steps toward launching their professional careers.
