Electronics and communication Engineering Department had organized a workshop on “Effective Listening” for its students on 25th July 2025.The speaker was – Dr. Dilip Kothari (Professor Emeritus and Advisor at EC Department, Ganpat university). The main objective of workshop was to develop active and empathetic listening skills in engineering students, enabling them to communicate effectively, understand technical and non-technical information accurately, collaborate better in teams, and improve problem-solving and decision-making abilities in academic, interpersonal, and professional contexts. A practical activity for active listening is performed with video shooting and students were able to connect with aim of workshop with this activity.
