Induction Program @ VGEC
Program Overview
The C12 and final session of SIP 2025 was not a conclusion — it was a celebration of growth, connection, and newfound identity. With all department heads present, the auditorium transformed into a house of pride and promise. Each HOD welcomed students not just with curriculum insights but with the assurance of lifelong mentorship, future-ready training, and a nurturing academic ecosystem. From Civil to Computer, Power Electronics to Mechanical, every stream echoed one message: "You belong here."
Dr. V. S. Purani, Principal of VGEC, delivered a heartfelt address that stitched together the spirit of the entire induction journey. “This institution,” he said, “is more than buildings — it’s a platform to become not just engineers, but nation builders.” He urged students to embrace failures, cherish dreams, and walk with courage.
In the open mic feedback round, students shared how SIP 2025 gave them confidence, clarity, friendships, and a sense of community. Their stories were raw, real, and reflective of how induction transformed hesitation into hope.
This wasn’t just a final day — it was the first page of every student’s engineering story. As applause filled the hall and emotions ran high, one message lingered in every heart:
“Induction may have ended on paper — but its impact will echo for years to come.”
