Abstract India is a developing country and there is a gigantic amount of non-renewable waste production daily. The disposal of these types of wastes like plastic bottles is a matter of immediate concern. So any construction work involving the use of plastic bottles would be considered as a boom to the country. With global solid waste generation rates rising faster than ever, urban development specialists warn that the growth will peak this world and will not start to decline without transformational changes in how we use and reuse materials. The proposed project uses non-disposable plastic waste like bottles to a useful application. This not only will aid to the solution of waste disposal but will also cause a decline in the costing of construction. Hence, the following project is justified as it uses waste to build something useful. The idea of using Plastic bottle to make water tank is new and will apply new design for the structure to work. Reinforcement is provided to make the structure strong. The plastic bottles are filling with other waste material like concrete crumbs, mud, polythene bags, fly ash, etc. This project will result into a water tank made up of used and non-renewable PET bottles. The water tank will be resistant to each and every type of load acting on it. The water tank will be leakage proof. Based on the prototype testing on water tank constructed from PET bottles, feasibility of such avenue can be decided and further action can be done.
