Abstract We will not compromise quality for cost, but we will surely bring it in earning limits of a middle class person. Instead of using a heavy rated li-ion battery, we devised a way to use combination of low rated batteries. It reduces the costing of the batteries to almost a HALF. Motor used is a 3 phase induction motor. It reduces costing of the vehicle by a sizeable factor and quality and efficiency remains intact. In addition, the BMS will manage the battery parameters efficiently and provide the optimum power for working of the electric vehicle.
