Abstract The main purpose of the project is to acquire data or process parameter that needs to be monitored by a computer. It also saves the cost of the wiring structure needed in Analog meters implemented in industrial process applications. Data Acquisition system (DAQ) is the process of bringing a real-world analog/digital signal into the computer. This helps in processing, analysis, storage of acquiring a signal. A physical phenomenon represents the real-world signal, which we are trying to measure. DAQ that performs conversion of analog signal to digital data is interfaced to a pc to implement the functions of measurement applications. For liquid phase reactions, variations in parameters like pH, conductivity, temperature etc. with respect to reaction time is continuously monitored, reported and analysis of this data will be done for detailed studies of chemical reaction kinetics.
