1. Executive Summary
The Cyber Force (TCF), the student-driven cybersecurity club at Vishwakarma Government Engineering College (VGEC), successfully conducted its Orientation Program for 2025. The event introduced the club’s mission, vision, and planned activities to new students, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness. Esteemed academic leaders and industry experts, including Dr. Rinkesh Bansal from IBM, provided valuable insights. The orientation laid a strong foundation for the year’s initiatives and sparked significant student interest in joining TCF’s mission.
2. Introduction
i. Event Objective
The Orientation Program 2025 aimed to onboard new students into The Cyber Force community.
Its objectives were to:

3. Proceedings of the Program
The event was structured to be engaging and informative, with the following proceedings:
The program began at 3:15 PM with an inaugural address by Mr. Aryan Shah (General Secretary) and Ms. Khushboo Jadav (Core Member). They welcomed dignitaries, faculty, and students, emphasizing TCF’s motto, “By students, for students.”
A bouquet ceremony honored the dignitaries, with bouquets presented by HOD Ma’am, Faculty Coordinators, and TCF student leadership, expressing gratitude for their support.
Dr. Purvi Ramanuj, Faculty Coordinator of TCF VGEC, shared her vision for the club’s growth and encouraged students to leverage TCF for skill development. Dr. V. D. Patel, HOD of IT Department, emphasized the importance of cybersecurity skills in the digital era and commended the students’ initiative.
Dr. Rinkesh Bansal delivered a keynote session, sharing insights from his IBM experience on corporate project management, innovation, and students’ roles in cybersecurity.
Dr. Kuntesh Jani shared his TCF journey, motivating students to focus on practical skills through collaboration and problem-solving.
Mr. Chaitanya Vekaria, Chairman of TCF LDCE, highlighted the success of TCF’s inter-college collaboration.
Mr. Krish Modi, President of TCF VGEC, articulated the club’s philosophy: “Do Things, Not Just Learn.” He unveiled upcoming activities, including hands-on projects, technical workshops, and competitive events.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Dhrumi Tailor (Core Member), expressing appreciation to dignitaries, faculty, students, and the TCF organizing team.
