Admission Rules and Guidelines for Boys and Girls Hostel

1) Students have to fill the hostel admission form and submit necessary document (12 th Result copy, ACPC admission letter, cast certificate (if applicable) with it. Along with that, one online Google form also needs to be filled by the student.

2) Hostel admission will be given on merit basis, within various categories.

3) The Gujarat State Government category reservation norms will be taken into consideration. (As per ACPC admission Guidelines)

4) Based on available number of vacancies in hostels and intake of each branch, proportionate number of students from each branch will be offered admissions, as per ACPC admission Guidelines.

5) The students whose residence is more than 100 km away from VGEC Chandkheda, only those students may apply for hostel admission.

6) BE First Year/D2D Hostel admission application will be closed on 05/08/2026. No application will be entertained after the due date.

7) If student found violating any rules then his/her hostel admission will be cancelled.

8) All the rights to admission in the hostel are reserved by institute authorities.
